The award-winning mixed-use, commercial development is particularly notable for the buildings’ dynamic forms. Each articulated building component is served by a semi-circular, secondary entrance, which is in bold relief as an orthogonal geometric form. The buildings are primarily clad in warm hues in a state-of-the-art precast paneling system with brick tile inserts in attractive earth tones. The project team designed the secondary entrances and spine using glass and metal in a warm palette of burgundy. The first phase of the project was designed by MDSA’s predecessor firm, Beckhard Richlan & Associates, and included two two-story buildings and a multi-purpose facility. The latter component contains the main entrance, a full-service conference center, exercise center and cafeteria. The entire commercial development encompasses more than 150,000 square feet of richly programmed space within multiple structures clustered in a campus-like setting.
